Corporate and Commercial Law

Our Law Firm is mainly specialized in Business Law, acting in principal for corporate clients, both Romanian and international. We offer a wide range of legal services, concentrating mainly on corporate and commercial law, employment, intellectual property, communication and IT, construction, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and real estate.

Over the years, the members of our team have accumulated relevant experience in solving all types of corporate and commercial legal issues, a significant part of our practice being focused on providing practical business solutions.

We like to keep an interest even beyond the corporate world, so, as much as possible, we try to get involved and offer our support to various nonprofit entities, granting legal assistance from the set up stage to their day-to-day business.

We are deeply involved in the activity of the Urban Development Association (ADU), a non-profit entity that has been awarded by the Civil Society two times throughout the years. We have also granted legal assistance to Asociatia Patronala a Industriei de Software si Servicii (ANIS).
